SkuVault Support Center provides you access to your support tickets and our Knowledge Base articles.


Support Center is found under help.skuvault.com.

If you have activated your account already, simply click Login and enter your details.


Please note that support portal credentials are not the same as your SkuVault app login details.

Also, only the account owner will have access to the support portal. If you are not the account owner, you may request access details from the person with access to the email registered with SkuVault.


If this is your first time accessing the support portal, you should first activate your account and generate a password.

There are four steps for achieving this:


  1. You may have already received an email titled Support Center user activation with the activation link so can start by checking if you have it. If it is present, please follow the instructions in that email. Otherwise, please see the next step.
  2. Try the Forgot your password option:
    If you then receive an email with further instructions, please follow them.
     
  3. If you are presented with an error or do not receive an email with further instructions, please email us at support@skuvault.com.
    Please set the subject to "SkuVault support portal access" and describe what you are struggling with in the description. This will create a support ticket and we will get back to you to assist shortly however there is one more step in the meantime.

  4. The email that you've just sent should have generated an account for you and it should be ready for activation.
    Please go back to step 2 and this time you should receive an email with further activation steps to complete the process. If all goes well, upon your first successful login, you can also close the ticket you created in step 3 if no further assistance is required.
